At SoftwareOne, we are looking for an Associate – Support Analyst to deliver high-quality on-site support services, provide effective solutions to users’ technical needs, and ensure an exceptional experience.### **What a typical day looks like in this role:** * Deliver high-quality service by providing timely and effective solutions to user requests. * Lead and resolve incidents and requests from various operational areas. * Escalate complex situations promptly via defined channels. * Provide identity and access management support in Microsoft Entra ID. Manage users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory. * Assign roles and licenses in Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365. What We Expect From You: Technical, technological, or professional education in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Software, or related fields.
