Generate dispatch documents and manage travel advances A prominent company in the sector requires a TAT Dispatcher for its team to work in Siberia. Requirements: Technical or Technological degree in Logistics Security, Administrative fields, or related disciplines; minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch roles within transportation companies and preparation of transportation documents. Responsibilities: - Procurement of vehicles and registration of third-party vehicles. - Perform GPS tracking of vehicles to ensure product delivery. - Generate dispatch documents prior to loading (loading order, manifest, consignment notes, trip plan) - Verify at the time of loading that the authorized driver is the one collecting the transportation documentation. - Generate necessary advances for out-of-town trips. - Manage daily completion reports to ensure the billing process. - Ensure completion reports are fully completed to enable payment processing to carriers and corresponding client billing. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; holidays are worked. Salary: $2,084,771 + 25% commission on salary (only if performance targets are met) + statutory benefits.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program 1 year of experience Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
