A well-established food industry company is looking for a Logistics Leader to enhance operational efficiency and process performance. Academic qualification (verifiable): Technical, technological, or university degree in: Logistics; Business Administration; Industrial Engineering; or related fields Required experience Minimum 3 years leading logistics operations. Proven track record in supervisory or team leadership roles. Key knowledge and experience Logistics management of high-volume operations. Handling of dispatch, warehousing, and inventory processes. Experience working with large retail chains and supermarket chains. Management of high volumes of SKUs and operational control. Leadership of teams comprising more than 30 employees. Planning, organization, and monitoring of operational indicators (KPIs).
