




The hotel receptionist position is responsible for the basic front desk operations of a hotel (reservations, check-ins, check-outs, payment processing, cash handling, audits) and supporting hotel management with specific marketing tasks. Practical knowledge of systems and software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Familiarity with social media platforms, email, and messaging systems is also necessary. The reception operates on rotating shifts.
