Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to supervise and manage daily operations, inventory, and personnel at our plant, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an experienced leader to supervise and manage daily operations, goods dispatch, inventory, and personnel handling at our plant. Technical or technological degree in Logistics, with 1 year of experience in the role, strong Excel knowledge, and personnel management skills, to work in Siberia. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, either from 8 AM to 5 PM or from 4:00 AM to 12 PM (44 working hours per week); holidays are worked. BASE SALARY 1.750.905 TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE 249.095 NON-REIMBURSABLE ALLOWANCE 876.000 TOTAL SALARY 2.885.500 MONTHLY ALL STATUTORY BENEFITS Salary adjustment after two months. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet established objectives. 2. Supervise staff, ensuring their training and appropriate performance. 3. Control the use of materials and equipment, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste. 5. Monitor compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. 6. Analyze production indicators and implement adjustments to improve productivity. 7. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure efficient workflow. 8. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead process optimization initiatives.
