Our production and contract manufacturing team requires Production Assistants with warehouse experience for our Siberia headquarters. These individuals will be responsible for receiving, storing raw materials, preparing and dispatching materials, supporting production, packaging, repackaging, and handling products in the warehouse—ensuring proper inventory rotation and compliance with quality procedures. Requirements: High school diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience in production lines, goods receipt, storage, order preparation, and dispatch support in food-sector companies. Basic Excel skills. Knowledge of logistics, storage, and inventory management. We Offer: Contract: Fixed-term (initially for 6 months). Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night). Salary: Base Salary ($1,800,000) + Legal Transportation Allowance ($249,095) + Food Allowance ($121,900) + Extra-Legal Mobility Allowance ($110,600) + Forklift Bonus + Corresponding Overtime Premiums. Monthly Payment, on the 26th of each month. Work Location: Celta Industrial Park, Siberia (therefore, candidates must reside in nearby areas such as El Rosal, Facatativá, Madrid, Mosquera, Funza, Tenjo, La Punta, Puente Piedra).
