




Position Summary: Comprehensive human resources management: payroll, recruitment, hiring, labor relations, and support in occupational health and safety (SST). Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive payroll management with World Office 2. Active participation in recruitment and personnel selection 3. Management of labor relations and disciplinary processes Payroll Management: payroll updates, contract settlements, vacations, accruals, and social security. Proficiency in the World Office accounting software is MANDATORY. Recruitment and personnel selection Hiring: scheduling medical examinations, affiliations, contract signing, and direct onboarding SENA quota regulation. Personnel support: handling requests and concerns Labor relations: formal warnings, disciplinary processes, and employee statements.
