Position: Logistics Assistant / Loading and Unloading Location: Bogotá–Medellín Highway Km 6, South Side Siberia, Cundinamarca Salary: $1\.750\.950 \+ statutory benefits \+ overtime pay \+ transportation allowance \+ additional bonus for cold-temperature work. Job Description We are seeking logistics assistants to support storage, loading, unloading, and order preparation operations for products in refrigerated areas (cold chain) at our client Axionlog’s facility. Work is conducted in low-temperature environments. Requirements * Completed high school education * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, warehousing, loading/unloading, or similar roles * Availability for rotating shifts * Availability to work on Sundays and overtime * Excellent physical condition * Tolerance to low temperatures Responsibilities * Load, unload, and manually or mechanically move goods, products, and materials. * Receive, sort, store, and stack goods in warehouses and refrigerated areas. * Perform order picking. * Product labeling and shrink-wrapping. * Organize, maintain, and pack goods and materials for transport. * Inspect and control products according to storage protocols and systems. * Comply with safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. * Support related tasks assigned by the operations department.
