Construction company is looking for a Maestro de Obra with extensive experience and proven track record to join its work team. Requirements: * Minimum of 10 years of certified experience as Maestro de Obra. Valid COPNIA Professional Card. * Solid knowledge in: Urban planning and structures. * Structural masonry. * VIS and non-VIS finishes. * Framed and industrialized systems. * Reading and interpreting blueprints. * Earthmoving and deep excavations. * Stormwater and sanitary sewer systems. * Skills in supervising and monitoring construction execution. * Experience managing personnel (direct and contracted).
