Job Summary: We are seeking a store-to-store driver responsible for order delivery, execution of channel visibility strategy, and daily cash collection. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery of assigned orders and channel visibility strategy 2. Loading products into the vehicle and daily cash collection We are looking for a store-to-store driver with a valid C1 or C2 license. Responsibilities: deliver assigned orders along the route, execute the channel visibility strategy, load products into the vehicle, and deposit daily cash collections. Average daily deliveries: 70 to 80 customers. Education: Completed high school diploma Experience: At least 6 months as a distribution driver. No traffic fines or citations exceeding COP 1,000,000 (payment agreement in place). Salary: COP 1,760,000 + statutory benefits + legal transportation subsidy: COP 249,095 + average food allowance: COP 314,000 (paid per workday) + variable bonus: COP 954,000 (guaranteed for the first month) + complement bonus: COP 184,000 + excellence bonus: COP 140,800.
