Administrative management of IPS IPS Director – Health Sector Job Description A prominent health sector institution requires a Nursing, Medicine, or related-health-field professional to join its team as IPS Director. Currently, two vacancies are available: Ibagué: Office located on Cra 2. El Espinal: Management of sites in Guamo, Mariquita, and El Espinal; therefore, availability to travel between these sites is required. Position Objective Ensure the delivery of health services with high standards of efficiency and quality, guaranteeing compliance with the established budget and promoting continuous improvement of processes, services, and users’ quality of life within the unit and the provider network. Requirements Professional in Nursing, Medicine, or related health-sector fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in: Team leadership and direction. Administration and management of IPS. Health service accreditation processes. Personnel management. Medical costs. Timeliness indicators. Health service auditing.
