Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated assistant committed to excellence to support customer service, sales showroom management, and vehicle inventory control at Coltolima Ltda. Key Highlights: 1. Support customer service and direction by managing the sales showroom 2. Actively participate in the company’s advertising campaigns and events 3. Perform visual and functional inspections of vehicles and inventory control We want you on our team! At Coltolima Ltda, we are a company committed to excellence in the maintenance and performance of industrial and vehicular equipment. Responsibilities: Welcome customers and direct them to the required area. Direct customers interested in new vehicles according to plant assignments. Register 100% of prospect entries into the sales showroom using the designated form for this activity. Create customer records in the CRM platform for all individuals entering the sales showroom. Support opening and closing procedures for the sales showroom, verifying that displayed vehicles and the showroom itself meet public service standards. Answer incoming calls. Support execution of advertising campaigns. Support and actively participate in events organized by Coltolima for customers. Perform visual and functional inspections of assigned vehicles when the primary responsible person is unavailable. Verify the overall condition of vehicles, including bodywork, interiors, tires, fluid levels, and any visible anomalies. Record findings, anomalies, or damages and immediately report them to the relevant department. Keep information updated in the forms or applications designated for vehicle inventory control.
