Main Responsibilities: In-person and telephone customer service for clients, visitors, and suppliers. Receiving and distributing correspondence. Calendar management and appointment coordination. Administrative support (filing, data entry, document handling). Control of staff and visitor access. Requirements: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in administrative fields or related areas. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel). Excellent personal presentation. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. We Offer: Salary: Base salary COP 1,750,905 + transportation allowance COP 249,098 + overtime pay + legal benefits. Fixed-term contract directly with Prosegur. Shifts: Monday to Saturday, 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Work Location: Funza.
