This role is critical to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order across our facilities. Responsibilities: Manage the cleaning team and supervise daily tasks. Coordinate with various departments to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Analyze and evaluate the cleaning team's performance. Implement and monitor compliance with cleaning protocols. Collaborate with cleaning service providers to improve quality and efficiency. Requirements: Previous experience in similar cleaning supervision roles. Knowledge of cleaning and safety standards and protocols. Ability to manage and motivate a work team. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
