Join our team! – Civil Construction HSEQ Resident At Grupo Empresarial Oikos, we are looking for a committed, proactive, and prevention-oriented professional focused on comprehensive safety management on construction sites to serve as an HSEQ Resident in housing projects. Work Modality: On-site (in-person at construction site) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday – Full-time availability Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSEQ Coordinator or Resident in civil construction projects, especially in multi-story residential projects (more than 5 floors) across various socioeconomic strata. Experience in implementing and monitoring the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST), Quality, and Environmental Management Systems. Valid Occupational Health License. Valid “Work-at-Heights Coordinator” training course certificate. Valid refresher training certificate for working at heights. Main Responsibilities: Daily supervision and inspection of on-site activities to ensure safe and healthy working conditions. Promotion of a prevention culture, self-care practices, and compliance with occupational safety regulations. Monitoring compliance with the SG-SST and other applicable regulations. Identification, control, and management of risks associated with activities performed by both internal staff and contractors. Ensuring the welfare and safety of workers within the project.
