Position Summary: Social Coordinator to join the Vía Sumapaz team, responsible for implementing social programs, managing complaints, and representing the company in social management activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the project's social programs with the community and relevant entities. 2. Represent the company in social management activities and community meetings. 3. Propose new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns. At Vía Sumapaz, the concessionaire for the Bogotá–Girardot Third Lane Project, we are seeking a Social Coordinator to join our team. As the Social Coordinator, you must: Timely and efficiently coordinate the implementation of the project's social programs, ensuring their proper execution and achievement of objectives among the community, staff, and associated institutions. Ensure proper management, custody, and preservation of incoming and outgoing correspondence records related to information collected at various customer service offices. Monitor adherence to schedules, indicators, and outcomes of PGSC programs, as well as their informational materials and records, undertaking necessary coordination with communities and relevant entities to comply with organizational procedures. Represent the company in social management activities, and attend, participate in, and coordinate community meetings. Provide timely and responsive support by coordinating responses to community complaints, claims, and inquiries, as well as those from authorities and the Supervisory Entity, ensuring clear and responsible handling of each case. Propose new CSR campaigns or projects. · Requirements: University degree in Social Sciences: Psychology, Social Work, Law, Sociology, or related fields. Preference given to candidates holding a specialization in Social Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Management, Territorial Development, Conflict Resolution, or Project Management—or related disciplines. Minimum eight (8) years of general professional experience and five (5) years of specific experience in social management for road infrastructure projects. Valid Class B1 driver’s license (with two years of driving experience). Residency in Fusagasugá or willingness to relocate there.
