Position Summary: We are seeking an ITS Warehouse Technician to manage the receipt, storage, distribution, and custody of materials, ensuring control and preservation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage receipt and custody of ITS materials and equipment 2. Ensure traceability and organization of assets and materials 3. Administer warehouse movements and manage inventory Join our team! At Vía Sumapaz, the concession responsible for the Bogotá–Girardot third-lane project, we are looking for an ITS Warehouse Technician to join our team. · Manage receipt, inspection, storage, distribution, and custody of materials, assets, supplies, tools, and equipment assigned to the ITS area, ensuring proper control and preservation. Receive, classify, register, store, and dispatch assets and materials to various organizational departments, ensuring traceability at each process step. Ensure proper organization and preservation of goods and other items under their responsibility. Administer warehouse movements (receipts, issuances, and loans), guaranteeing timely and accurate recording of information. Maintain continuous control over delivery notes, purchase orders, and dispatch orders, ensuring proper document management. Update and manage the inventory of items under the maintenance area’s responsibility, ensuring reliable information to facilitate planning and resource availability. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in logistics, administration, systems, electronics, or related fields. Minimum one (1) year of experience handling materials, supplies, tools, and equipment. Knowledge and experience in managing inventories of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment. Driver’s license B1 with at least one (1) year of driving experience. (Mandatory) Proficiency in office software tools.
