Supervision of personnel and maintenance of warehouse order Site Warehouseman – Cambao Project Job Description: A major construction sector company is seeking a Site Warehouseman for the project located in Cambao. We are looking for an organized, responsible individual with experience in inventory management and logistics for infrastructure projects. Main Responsibilities: Enter requisitions into the system and verify material availability in the on-site warehouse and warehouses of other projects Manage purchase requests to the procurement department when necessary Receive and inspect materials against purchase orders (quality, quantity, and specifications) Conduct physical inventory counts (cyclic and annual) Record material receipts and issuances in the DMS ADVANCE system Manage and control consumption vouchers and Simutrans Organize and store materials according to technical data sheets Control and manage fuels (ACPM, oils, gas) Prepare inventory and fuel reports Safeguard and archive documentation (delivery notes, technical data sheets, certificates, etc.) Coordinate minimum stock levels with site management Manage invoicing and provide documentary support in Laserfiche Support quotations with suppliers Supervise and assign tasks to subordinate personnel Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and compliance with SST regulations Respond to requirements from immediate supervisor Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Logistics, Construction, or related fields Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a warehouseman on infrastructure projects Inventory management and materials control experience Familiarity with systems such as DMS ADVANCE (preferred) Proficiency in office software High level of organization and attention to detail Working Conditions: Salary: $2,600,000 Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Location: Cambao Project -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Program 2 years of experience Skills: Compliance with regulations, Warehouse, Loading and unloading of goods, Construction, Warehouse control, Infrastructure, Inventory, Logistics, Shipping logistics, Organization Keywords: warehouseman, bodeguero, almacenista
