Our Sales and Marketing teams work closely to engage, qualify, and support potential clients across multiple channels. **The Opportunity** We are looking for a Social Media Sales Analyst to join our team and support our Sales department by managing and converting inbound social media inquiries. This role plays a key part in identifying qualified leads, delivering excellent customer service, and helping the firm meet performance and revenue goals. You will be joining a collaborative, fast\-paced team that values accountability, growth, and results. **What You’ll Do** * Respond to and engage with potential clients through social media direct messages * Monitor and reply to comments on posts, stories, and ads across social platforms * Qualify incoming leads and identify eligibility for the firm’s services * Collaborate with Sales Analysts and Consultants to support lead follow\-ups * Re\-engage qualified prospects through social media when phone contact attempts are unsuccessful * Request, review, and analyze client documentation related to their case * Apply subject matter knowledge to guide prospects and encourage conversion * Support daily social media and lead management tasks * Work with AI\-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency and response quality * Follow departmental procedures and complete additional duties as assigned **What We Offer** * $6 USD per hour base pay * Monthly performance\-based incentives * 100% remote position * 40 hours per week minimum * Schedule availability within the following timeframes – Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST – Weekends: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST * Structured training and onboarding * Performance\-driven environment with clear expectations * Opportunities for growth within the Sales and Marketing teams Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, sales, or customer\-facing roles * Experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube * Strong sales mindset and comfort working in a metrics\-driven environment * Bilingual proficiency required * English level C1 or C2 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace * Strong written communication skills and attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively in a team\-based, in\-office environment
