This opportunity is for you! · We are looking for a Plus SME Microfinance Advisor responsible for managing, analyzing, and disbursing loans targeted at small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners, thereby contributing to regional economic development. · Responsibilities: * Manage and strengthen the SME client portfolio. * Conduct field visits for financial evaluation and credit analysis, with loan amounts ranging from a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 25 current legal monthly minimum wages (SMLV). * Verify business conditions, repayment capacity, and intended use of credit. * Achieve commercial and portfolio quality targets. * Support administrative processes and post-disbursement follow-up. · Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in administrative, financial, accounting, economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in SME or microfinance credit analysis and disbursement in the field. Knowledge: Financial evaluation, commercial visits, risk analysis, commercial indicators.
