(Applies to Engativá, Suba, Calle 80 and surrounding areas) **Contract type:** Temporary direct contract (Complementos Humanos S.A.) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 9:00am \- 7:00pm with availability to work on Saturdays if required **Position Description** At **TCC**, a leading company in logistics, transportation, and distribution, we are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to support **picking and packing** operations at our distribution center located in Siberia. The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient, accurate, and safe preparation, packaging, and sorting of goods, meeting the operational and quality standards of the TCC Logistics Group. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **picking** activities (product collection) according to customer orders. * Carry out **packing** ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and condition of the goods. * Sort, locate, and consolidate cargo for dispatch. * Proper use of logistics tools. * Comply with industrial safety protocols and TCC's operational guidelines. **Requirements** * Completed **high school diploma**. * Preferably **6 months of experience** in logistics tasks (picking, packing, warehouse or storage). * Basic knowledge of logistics processes and RF device handling (preferred). * Availability to work in **Siberia**. * Excellent physical condition, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. **TCC Competencies** * Service orientation and teamwork * Discipline and organization * Compliance and results focus * Assertive communication * Commitment to safety Type of position: Full-time Application question(s): * Do you have a valid driver's license?
