What do we need from you? Sales advisors with extensive experience in sales, working with a prestigious brand of processors and computing devices. Availability to work from Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week, at various retail locations. What profile are we looking for? We seek high school graduates. More than 6 months of experience in computer and technology sales. Passion for sales. Appropriate personal presentation. Excellent assertive communication, social skills, and verbal and nonverbal expression. What do we offer you? 1. Salary: $1,750,905 2. Statutory transportation allowance: $249,095 3. Commissions: $300,000 4. Statutory benefits 5. PERMANENT VACANCY 6. Referral bonus for successful referrals: $80,000 COP 7. Payment for participating in our Content Generation Plan for social media: up to $400,600 per quarter Your path to joining our team: Initial Preselection: Upon applying, you will answer a series of initial questions to determine whether you meet the minimum required criteria. AVI Interview and Brief Call: If you pass preselection, you will complete an interview with AVI, our recruitment bot, followed by a brief call (under 15 minutes) with our recruiter. Account Interview: If you advance in the process, you will have an interview with the account you are applying to. You will receive performance feedback on the same day. Offer and Onboarding Process: If the interview is successful, we will extend a formal offer.
