Job Summary: Support daily attendance and document management, administrative procedures, and reporting of incidents, contributing to employee well-being and SST (Safety, Health, and Environment) indicators. Main Responsibilities Daily attendance control for employees at their workplace (personnel who do not clock in), processing of documents (reporting to GH), documents received from employees, inspections to verify proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), processing of documents with EPS (Health Promotion Entities), AFP (Pension Fund Administrators), Compensation Funds, SENA (National Learning Service), etc., delivering information to employees, entering data into tracking formats for SST indicator compliance, reporting payroll incidents to the payroll assistant, supporting logistics for welfare activities, and other day-to-day related tasks. Academic Requirements Technical or Technologist students in administrative, logistics, or related fields. Schedule and Location Location: Postobón Ricaurte Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Contract Type Apprenticeship Contract Salary Current legal minimum wage plus statutory benefits.
