Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or related professional for the role of Engineering Analyst, with experience in production areas, process standardization, continuous improvement, and key performance indicator management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in process standardization and continuous improvement. 2. Proficiency in production effectiveness and efficiency. 3. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Pivot / Power BI, and dashboard creation. At Eliot Manufacturing, we are looking for an Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or professionals from related fields—such as Production Engineer—or equivalent disciplines to fill the position of Engineering Analyst. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in production areas, along with knowledge and hands-on experience in process standardization, continuous improvement, production effectiveness and efficiency management, time and motion studies, production lines, and monitoring and management of KPIs. Previous work experience in engineering or similar functions. Advanced Excel and Power Pivot / Power BI knowledge. Experience in dashboard creation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
