Important agricultural sector company requires Work Supervisor (technician, technologist, Industrial Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, among others) Description Main Responsibilities: * Be the leader of the work group * Train, teach and instruct new personnel in the various activities of the cutting area * Verify the proper use of supplies and PPE * Supervise assigned personnel and ensure compliance with established schedules and assigned tasks * Supervise and direct the work group's activities * Verify performance and quality of work according to company procedures * Report daily headcount present in the work crew * Report absences, violations of internal regulations and company policies Work Location: Municipality of Granada - Cundinamarca, vereda Carrizal.
