Main Responsibilities: - Design, execute, and monitor the company's strategic marketing plan. - Support and align commercial strategies with the sales team to enhance goal achievement. - Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and markets. - Analyze market behavior, competition, and trends in the meat and sausage sector. - Lead brand positioning campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies. - Manage commercial and marketing performance indicators (KPIs). - Coordinate and lead the marketing team, ensuring its development and performance. - Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, strategic partners, and suppliers. - Prepare management reports for senior leadership. Academic Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, International Business, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 4 years serving as Marketing Manager or Coordinator, preferably in the meat or sausage industry (mandatory requirement).
