Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage the customer portfolio, ensure efficiency in accounts receivable recovery, liquidity control, and proper cash flow management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensively manage the customer portfolio and execute collection plans. 2. Support treasury operations with cash flow management and financial forecasting. 3. Implement process and policy improvements for accounts receivable and cash management. We seek a Treasury Analyst to play a key role in the company’s financial management, ensuring efficiency in accounts receivable recovery, liquidity control, and proper cash flow management. Responsibilities: Comprehensive management and monitoring of the customer portfolio: aging analysis of balances, preventive and corrective collections. Development and execution of collection plans and monitoring of critical delinquency. Customer negotiation, payment agreements, and debt restructuring. Reconciliation, cleansing, and control of accounts receivable; verification and application of payments. Recording and controlling transactions in the financial system and archiving supporting documentation. Treasury support: preparation and updating of daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. Short- and medium-term financial forecasting. Scheduling and execution of payments and transfers; liquidity control. Bank reconciliations and follow-up on remittances and payment confirmations. Proposal and implementation of improvements in accounts receivable and cash management processes, controls, and policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections management, treasury operations, and cash flow management. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, basic analysis and modeling). Proficiency in Power BI, dashboards, and process automation. Experience in bank reconciliations and ERP or financial software usage. Location (mandatory requirement): Residency near the Calle 80 – Siberia corridor or Funza, or Cota, or ability to commute conveniently.
