You will experience a sense of purpose throughout the organization, knowing that our work improves outcomes for millions of patients. **Your Role at Renal Care Services \& Vantive** Ensure efficient self-management operations for delivering healthcare services to chronic and acute kidney disease patients across different stages who attend the IPS within the National RTS Network under your responsibility; guaranteeing operational and financial results in profitability and productivity, aligned with licensing standards, clinical and quality indicators consistent with corporate goals. **Your Team at Renal Care Services \& Vantive:** * At Renal Care Services you are part of a network of professionals where together we create an environment where we are happy, successful, and inspire each other, committed to helping overcome new challenges and opportunities in patient care. **What You Will Do at Renal Care Services \& Vantive** * Conduct assessment and diagnosis based on clinical findings in patients with chronic or acute kidney disease at each stage of their health status, and present them to the nephrologist physician to develop the care plan and formulation under the specialist's guidance and direct supervision, documenting it in the computer system defined by the organization. * Know and apply current procedures, protocols, and management guidelines at \- RTS for medical care under nephrologist supervision. * Provide patient care strategies to improve their clinical condition and adaptation to their environment with renal pathology in a comprehensive manner under the supervision of the nephrologist physician. * Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, and protection of data generated from healthcare service delivery at the IPS within the national network and organizational reports, in the various information systems defined for the IPS, according to your professional profile. * Interactively participate with the multidisciplinary team in the comprehensive management of patients with chronic and acute kidney disease at the IPS. * Collaborate with the nephrologist physician in procedures performed in minor procedure rooms and complete corresponding clinical records in compliance with current regulations. * Ensure basic and advanced care for patients requiring cerebral-cardiopulmonary resuscitation within the IPS. * Comply with current regulations regarding health, environment, and safety; actively participating and contributing to programs implemented by the company. * **What You Will Bring to Renal Care Services \& Vantive** * University degree: General Medicine * Minimum of 6 months of experience in clinical and patient care roles.
