Apply today! **Job Details** =============== Under the overall direction of the Finance Manager – CBS Finance, based in Bogota, Colombia, this role is responsible for supporting key activities for the area’s processes, including AR, AP, and Billing, ensuring that activities are completed and that the established controls are followed. **Responsibilities:** * Reports to countries (advances – special cases). Support in close. * Vendor creation \+ validations. * Fixed Assets process in SAP – month\-end close * Fixed Assets process in SAP – weekly CER creation in SAP * Weekly bank reconciliation LATAM – CBS transactions. * Consolidation of weekly report status. * Monthly exchange rate process in SAP * Bank access validation / support for creation / adjustments * System reconciliations \+ clearing * Weekly status of pending invoices and follow\-up * Validation status report (metrics) * Planner control – weekly priority activities (customers – vendors – CBS) / Control del planner * Periodic control of access / emails / SP / process adjustments * Manual updates / workflow creation \& updates / migration support / * Access validation – adjustments – new requests * Yearly and quarterly reviews of SAP user’s access/ vendor master file / Latam bank access. * New projects implementation * Follow up of metrics/KPI´s across Latam. * Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks. . **Education:** * Bachelor’s in administration, accountant, industrial engineer, economist. * Specialization in project management or related **Work experience:** * Minimum 7 years work experience with accounting, reports creation, migration process and controls. * SAP experience preferred * Power BI Deep knowledge*.* **Skills and Knowledge:** * English language to a high level B2 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Able to take initiatives and responsibilities. * Ability to view different topics with an open mind and provide constructive suggestions. * Advance computer skills (i.e. Microsoft office suite). * High attention to detail * Able to priorities workload, which may change throughout the day * Self\-motivated and uses own initiative * Excellent technical, organizational, planning and team working skills. **What Cencora offers** ======================= Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
