In this role, the individual will complete activities related to shipment receipt and documentation, goods receipt, and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Receipt of goods and document review * Willingness to travel between agencies as needed (Greater Bogotá area: Montevideo and Paloquemado) * Completion of food quality and safety folders, ISSO format * Placement of materials in various cold rooms * Loading goods for internal and external customers and controlling supporting documents * Conducting cyclical inventories of materials and reporting counts to immediate supervisor * Supporting internal customers for inquiries and reviews * Generating internal and external requests, dispatching to input agencies, managing pending documentation. Providing timely and appropriate information to immediate supervisor for inventory- and supply-related decision-making * Performing other duties assigned relevant to warehouse operations * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with all quality, food safety, and safety regulations * Packing products into cardboard boxes **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum:** * Completed high school diploma or higher * Ability to read and write Spanish without difficulty * Must be over 18 years of age * Ability to perform physical tasks safely, including bending, climbing/descending stairs, kneeling, squatting, and twisting, and handling loads with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including ambient heat, cold (2°C, -3°C, -18°C) * Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with advance notice * Minimum of (6 months) of experience working in (logistics) **Please note that Cargill will NEVER request your credit card information, usernames, or passwords through any channel.
