To maintain up-to-date and reconciled accounting and financial information for the company, supporting billing, accounts receivable, payments, payroll, and social security processes, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and compliance with administrative obligations. What will you do daily? **Accounting and Financial Management** * Record sales and purchase invoices. * Record customer and supplier payments. * Perform account reconciliations. * Support the generation of monthly financial reports. * Manage and monitor customer accounts receivable. **Customers** * Create and update customers in the system. * Invoice services according to commercial scheduling. * Record payments and link them to their respective invoices. * Send account statements and perform periodic collections. **Suppliers** * Register suppliers in the system and online banking. * Schedule and upload payments on the banking platform. * Verify executed payments and record them in the system. **Payroll and Social Security** * Record employee updates. * Support payroll calculation and disbursement. * Calculate and pay social security and statutory benefits. * Manage payment vouchers and vacation records. **Requirements** * Technical or technological degree, or currently studying Accounting or related fields. * Experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of payroll and social security processes. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Residency in Medellín or its metropolitan area. **Competencies We Value** * Assertive communication * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical ability * Teamwork * Service orientation * Commitment and integrity **Conditions** * Contract: Indefinite-term * Modality: Hybrid * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Connectivity allowance: $40.000 monthly Employment type: Indefinite-term Application questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Have you directly participated in payroll calculation?
