




At **Vía Sumapaz**, the concession responsible for the Bogotá – Girardot third lane project, we are seeking an **Administrative Operations Analyst** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Request and follow up on purchases and services for the department. * Record and manage payments for services under the department's responsibility. * Execute logistical, administrative, and operational processes to ensure service delivery on the roadway, road safety, and emergency response. * Manage inventories according to established guidelines and procedures. * Coordinate and maintain constant communication with departments responsible for measurements and payments, ensuring effective tracking of purchases and services. * Audit service providers on the roadway, support compliance with operational procedures, and participate in continuous improvement by verifying availability, response times, and service quality. * Prepare reports, performance indicators, and operational management analyses. * Manage shift scheduling for the operations department and report personnel updates to the Human Talent department. **Requirements:** * Technical or Technologist degree, preferably in Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, administrative processes, or toll road infrastructure projects. * Desired training in traffic regulations, vehicle weighing systems, road safety, emergency response, and roadway service management. * **Valid driver's license B1 or C1\.** * **Reside in Fusagasugá or surrounding areas** **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Life insurance policy. * Dynamic work environment. * Work mode: 100% on-site. * Don't hesitate to apply and become part of a project that Connects Lives!
