




A company dedicated to production and marketing in the floriculture sector is seeking its next **Internal Auditor,** who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls, safeguarding transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness in the use of financial, accounting, administrative, and operational resources. **What is your role?** * Verify compliance with the margin defined by management. * Monitor variances against the budget and prepare variance analysis. * Conduct audits of recurring and extraordinary expenses. * Analyze cash flow and validate its consistency with financial planning. * Review royalties, purchase costs, and supplier payments. * Control the correct payroll processing and labor obligations. * Perform periodic accounting and financial audits. * Verify the proper classification and recording of economic transactions. * Perform reconciliations and validations on sensitive accounts. * Evaluate the impact of cost variations and identify excesses in raw material consumption. * Conduct inventory analyses to prevent losses or inconsistencies. * Control the proper execution of the purchasing plan, ensuring the best unit cost. * Validate the reasonableness and negotiation of company contracts (freight, labor, consulting, etc.). * Audit cash disbursements and receipts to ensure proper handling. * Analyze and interpret financial reports, KPIs, and other management indicators. * Prepare executive reports for management with findings and recommendations. * Detect deviations and propose corrective action plans. * Ensure that indicators reflect the company's actual financial and operational reality. **What should you have beforehand?** * Professional degree in public accounting, business administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in roles related to internal audit, external audit, financial control, management control, or fiscal auditing. * Experience in implementation and monitoring of internal controls, accounting and budgetary audits, and KPI development. * Desired experience in flower, agricultural, or export companies. * Knowledge of production costs, input consumption, inventory control, rural payroll, and royalties. * Proficiency in financial analysis tools (ERP, advanced Excel, Power BI). * Participation in cost optimization processes, budget reviews, variance analysis, and financial and operational risk management. **What will they offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract directly with the company. * Salary negotiable. * On-site work Monday through Friday, **Finca Via Siberia Tenjo**. * Transportation and cafeteria services.
