Opportunity to work in the agricultural sector. **Job Description** A major agricultural company requires an Administrative and Commercial Assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * Procurement management and supplier handling. * Full daily sales of production to both existing and new customers. * Customer service. * Timely handling and response to conflicts, complaints, and other issues raised by customers, suppliers, and related parties. * Daily reporting of cash sales. * Continuous evaluation of the quality and compliance of products supplied by the company’s suppliers. * Verification of sequential numbers on delivery notes and control over invoice generation for such deliveries. * Submission of payment documentation for each delivery note to the accounting department, linking it to the corresponding delivery note number. * Weekly follow-up on payments made by customers. * Sending notifications to customers and suppliers regarding updates or changes. * Monthly generation of purchase orders for each supplier. Academic Level: Technical or Technologist. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Minimum certified experience: 1 year. Work Location: Between the municipalities of Granada and Sibaté \- Carrizal rural district. Employment Type: Full-time.
