We seek a Construction Resident (structure and finishes) with solid experience in executing high-standard building projects, where quality, attention to detail, and construction excellence are fundamental. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate construction execution activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards. * Supervise, control, and coordinate the work of contractors, supervisors, foremen, and on-site operational personnel. * Verify and approve inspection checklists and handover documentation for works executed by contractors; manage observations and ensure closure of non-conformities. * Ensure adherence to the construction schedule: coordinate critical activities, schedule resources, and report deviations to the Construction Management team. * Control and validate material, equipment, and service requisitions. #### **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum 8 years of proven experience as Construction Resident in high-standard construction (building or civil) projects. * Project management experience using BIM methodology.
