What We Are Looking For: We are looking for **Construction Workers (Grey Construction)** with **extensive proven experience in concrete structures**, especially in **slab reinforcement**, **wall construction**, and execution of **boxes** (e.g., stairwells, elevator shafts, ducts, or similar). We value **site discipline**, **technical precision**, **compliance with specifications**, and the ability to deliver structural work meeting high standards of quality and safety. Your main responsibilities will be: * Performing **reinforcing steel assembly** (cutting, bending, and tying) for **slabs, beams, columns, and walls**. * Executing **formwork/shuttering** (traditional or system-based) for structural elements: slabs, walls, beams, and **boxes**. * Supporting and/or carrying out **concrete pouring**, vibration, leveling, and **initial finishing** of structural elements. * Conducting **basic layout work** according to drawings (levels, axes, plumb lines, and squares) and supporting dimensional control. * Stripping formwork and performing **concrete curing**, per procedure. * Supporting **minor structural corrections and repairs**, as directed by technical staff. * Assisting in **quality supervision** of reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring, verifying compliance with drawings and specifications. * **Coordinating and guiding assigned personnel (assistants)** when necessary. * Meeting established **project schedules**, reporting progress and any issues. * Strictly adhering to **occupational health and safety regulations**, including proper use of PPE and safe work procedures.
