We are present across four continents, and our headquarters are located in Oslo, Norway. **Main Purpose of the Position** Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) practices in projects, ensuring compliance with Scatec's HSSE management system, Colombian legislation, and international standards. Contribute to impact mitigation, worker protection, and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, analyze, and evaluate occupational health and safety (OHS) risks. * Ensure compliance with local and international HSSE regulations. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with contractors and subcontractors. * Supervise contractor compliance with OHS requirements. * Support the implementation of environmental management, industrial safety, and occupational health plans. * Conduct field inspections and second-party external audits of contractors. * Monitor follow-up of unsafe conditions and acts identified during safety observations. * Report incidents, non-conformities, and prepare technical reports. * Maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and environmental and OHS regulatory documentation. * Develop OHS awareness campaigns and training programs. * Adapt corporate procedures, where applicable, according to local OHS requirements. * Monitor compliance with Scatec's HSSE work plan. * Monitor compliance with contractors' OHS work plans. **Qualifications and Competencies** * Professional, technical, or technological education in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields (Environmental/Industrial Engineering/others). * Valid OHS license. * 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in energy or infrastructure projects. * Contractor management in HSSE matters. * Proficiency with technical measurement equipment.
