




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Procurement Leader to coordinate the execution of procurement and contracting activities, ensuring compliance with requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate procurement and contracting processes. 2. Advise departments on the effective use of resources. 3. Manage the search for and registration of suppliers. An educational institution requires committed, responsible individuals with an excellent service attitude to join our team as Procurement Leader. * Professional or final-semester student in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Work Experience * 1 year of experience managing procurement processes. Responsibilities: \* Plan and coordinate the execution of procurement and contracting activities to meet the requirements of other institutional departments in a timely manner. \* Lead and oversee the development of procurement and contracting policies, guidelines, and procedures. \* Advise various departments, programs, and projects on procurement and contracting matters, ensuring effectiveness and timely use of resources throughout the process. \* Ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled properly and on time. \* Conduct supplier search activities. \* Prepare quotations for required purchases within established timelines. \* For new suppliers, manage and carry out their registration in the accounting module and the customer module for procurement.
