**JOB INFORMATION** ------------------------- **Position:** Warehouse Supervisor **Department:** Warehouse **Immediate Supervisor:** Warehouse Coordinator **General Summary:** Supervise inventory control, material preparation and delivery, ensuring traceability, compliance with policies, and proper warehouse operation. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** ---------------------- **Education:** Technician, Technologist, Professional, or student in final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of the aforementioned education. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or stockroom operations. **Knowledge:** * Desired knowledge of storage methods, internal logistics, and distribution. * Proficiency in management systems (Excel, ERP, etc.) for inventory handling. **FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** -------------------------------- * Control material receipts and shipments through the NetSuite ERP system. * Generate reports on incidents involving equipment, facilities, or personnel within the department. * Develop work plans for material preparation and delivery according to production priorities. * Implement service-level agreements between warehouse and production. * Notify the Purchasing Department of non-conforming items identified during receiving or preparation processes. * Ensure compliance with inventory policy. * Apply physical control protocols and merchandise monitoring procedures. * Verify compliance with inventory organization and custody standards. * Comply with and enforce company and warehouse department guidelines. * Report any deviations detected to the Warehouse Coordinator and propose improvement actions. Other functions assigned as required by organizational needs.
