If you're looking for a dynamic and fulfilling career, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** * Analyze, document, and evaluate existing database architecture and infrastructure * Propose optimal technical strategies and best practices for upgrading legacy database systems * Oversee tasks related to upgrades, re\-architecture processes, schema design, data modeling, and infrastructure management * Ensure successful execution of data migration and real\-time replication activities * Coordinate collaboratively with team members to refine database design directives * Perform testing and optimization to secure database performance and efficiency * Identify root causes and resolve database performance bottlenecks **Requirements** * 6\+ years in software design and development * 5\+ years as a hands\-on Sybase production Database Administrator * 2\+ years in relevant leadership roles * Expertise in database architecture and configuration * Understanding of general database design and development principles * Background in working with very large databases and/or data warehousing * Proficient English (written and spoken) at B2 level **Nice to have** * Background in cloud technologies, such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
