We are seeking a **Solution Architect** with expertise in Sybase. You will play a key role in improving our database architecture. If you're looking for a challenging and fulfilling opportunity, consider applying. **Responsibilities** * Review, analyze, and document current database architecture and infrastructure * Provide recommendations for best practices and optimized technical strategies to update a legacy database system * Oversee tasks related to upgrades, re\-architecture, infrastructure, schema design, and data modeling * Supervise processes for data migration and real\-time replication * Collaborate with team members on new database design strategies * Conduct performance tests and fine\-tuning for database efficiency * Perform root cause analyses to diagnose and resolve performance issues **Requirements** * 6\+ years of experience in software design and development * Hands\-on Sybase production Database Administrator experience spanning 5\+ years * 2\+ years of leadership experience related to database architecture * Expertise in database architecture and configuration * Familiarity with general database design and development principles * Background in working with large\-scale databases and/or data warehousing * Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at B2 level **Nice to have** * Background in AWS, GCP, or Azure platforms
