




The **Logistic Administrative Assistant** is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and control of the company's logistical and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with work schedules, proper allocation of resources, and required documentation and administrative support. Contributes to process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and optimization of costs and time. Minimum 2 years of experience. Age between 30 and 45 years. Must reside in Cota, sector Calle 80. **Main Functions** **Scheduling and Logistics:** * Coordinate the service schedule, assigning personnel and resources according to customer demand. * Monitor service execution to ensure compliance and quality. **Administrative Management:** * Prepare attendance control reports, executed services, and operational updates. * Support billing processes, document filing, and service order tracking. * Maintain updated customer and supplier databases. **Accounts Receivable and Payment Support:** * Track accounts receivable related to performed services. * Prepare information for payment reconciliations. **Customer and Staff Support:** * Act as a liaison between management, cleaning staff, and clients to resolve issues. * Provide support in solving operational emergencies. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or technological degree in administration, logistics, business management, or related fields, oriented toward goal achievement and process optimization. Possesses skills in personnel management, task coordination, and operation monitoring, as well as experience in customer service, demonstrating responsibility, adaptability, and commitment to work quality.
