Panamerican Training Center (PTC) is seeking an **HSEQ Professional with a valid license** to support the management of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality, as well as provide administrative support to the organization’s operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper execution of internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** **HSEQ Responsibilities** * Implement, maintain, and monitor the **HSEQ Management System**, in accordance with current legal regulations. * Identify hazards, assess, and control occupational risks. * Conduct safety inspections, report unsafe conditions, and develop action plans. * Coordinate and deliver training programs on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), environment, and quality. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and contractual HSEQ requirements. * Manage incidents, workplace accidents, and related investigations. * Administer epidemiological surveillance programs and operational controls. * Keep the management system documentation up to date. **Administrative Support Responsibilities** * Assist in the preparation and control of administrative and operational documents. * Monitor schedules, performance indicators, and management reports. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and personnel document control processes. * Manage internal communications and provide logistical support to operations. * Maintain physical and digital files for the department. **Requirements** * Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * **Valid HSEQ or OHS license**. * Minimum of **1–2 years** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of current legal regulations on Occupational Health and Safety. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in office software tools. * Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively. * **Preferably residents of Siberia and/or nearby areas such as Chía or Cota** **We Offer** * Contract for specific project or service, managed through a temporary staffing agency. * Competitive salary: **COP $3,000,000**. * Compensation for weekend work with time off. * Opportunities for professional development.
