Data analysis and quality indicators A company dedicated to the production and processing of animal and vegetable fats is looking for a **Quality Intern**, at the production stage, with training in quality management systems and industrial processes, and interest in quality assurance and control. The candidate will support process documentation, monitoring and improvement, ensuring compliance with established standards, procedures and regulations. Analytical, organized, highly motivated to learn, detail-oriented, and team-focused. **Competencies** * Support in quality control and assurance * Process documentation and record keeping * Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, BPM, HACCP – desirable) * Data analysis and quality indicators * Identification of non-conformities * Continuous improvement * Basic office software skills * Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility * Support in quality analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Identification and labeling of products stored in drums, tanks, and IBCs. * Proper preparation, identification, and storage of laboratory samples.
