




Position Summary: Coordinate and implement Human Resources and Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) processes, ensuring legal compliance, staff well-being, and strategic support to operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive Human Resources and Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) 2. Ensure legal compliance and staff well-being 3. Provide strategic support to company operations Technical or Technologist degree. Minimum 1 year of experience. Plan, execute, and monitor Human Resources and Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) processes, guaranteeing legal compliance, worker well-being, and strategic support to company operations; manage personnel onboarding, contracting, induction, and separation processes; prepare documents such as: employment contract for new employees; complete all mandatory affiliations for newly hired personnel; draft, update, and maintain employment contracts, resumes, and personnel documents. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; availability to work Saturdays for overtime. Compensation: $2,000,000 + Statutory Benefits + Immediate Hiring.
