We are currently seeking an **Operations Technician** based in Sibaté. Key responsibilities include: Performing various plant operation and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Supporting and executing loading operations for cryogenic tank trucks. Verifying and monitoring the condition of mechanical and electrical components in motors, pumps, compressors, refrigeration systems, and other equipment to promptly address failures and ensure plant availability. Conducting routine inspections according to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Performing calibrations of quality analysis equipment as specified in maintenance plans. Verifying proper operation of process control equipment. Conducting daily product inventory, production settlement, energy efficiency calculations, and product output control. Generating alerts and creating corrective maintenance orders in SAP. Key Requirements: Technical or Technologist degree in Industrial Engineering 3 years of experience in the industrial sector Knowledge of variable control, trend analysis, and operation of compressors, pumps, and refrigeration systems Availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday “At Air Products, we do not distinguish individuals with special abilities.
