The Dispatch Assistant will perform general inbound and outbound shipments handled correctly, understanding warehouse processes and procedures. In this role, you will complete activities related to receiving and dispatching documentation, as well as receiving goods, and ensure documentation and recordkeeping are accurate. Shift / Work Schedule: Rotating **Job Summary:** * + Receive finished products, frozen, IQF and refrigerated, ensuring weight, quantities, temperature, batches, traceability and product presentation. + Load vehicles considering total units, weight, human resources, timely vehicle departure and settlement according to scheduling and established pre\-routes. + Perform activities required to control inventory of finished and semi\-finished products to guarantee accuracy of information recorded in SAP system. + Perform online dispatch procedures, picking, order preparation, weight entry, scale confirmation and loading. + Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at your workplace. + Assist in backing up the trailer for dock entry, as well as T3 vehicles. + Comply with BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FSQR (Quality) policies. + Interact with colleagues and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations, related responsibilities and knowledge, with authority to implement minor changes as defined by management. + Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, including equipment lockout, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. + Other duties as assigned. + Report traffic incidents occurring during work travel. + Participate in road safety training. + Fulfill the organization’s commitment to comply with road safety legislation and organizational guidelines. + Ensure timely and truthful reporting of personal health conditions. + Know and comply with regulations established by the corporation. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Be at least 18 years of age. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing and descending stairs, kneeling, squatting or twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to lift up to 25 or 12\. 5 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation. * Ability to work under various indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include cold temperatures down to \-18 degrees Celsius. * Completed primary education. * Ability to read and write Spanish fluently. * Ability to work in diverse environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays or different shifts, with prior notice. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience working in a production or plant environment. * Basic computer skills. * Knowledge of inventory systems / manuals. * Completed secondary education. **Please attach the following documents to your application:** Complete resume: resume, copy of identification, academic certificates, employment certifications or personal recommendations At Cargill we promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our processes!
