We are looking for a **Quality Control Assistant** at our location in **Siberia \- Tenjo**. **Main responsibilities:** * Carry out R\+D activities by analyzing methods and projects to meet plant objectives and the Integrated Management System. * Analyze prototypes of new products, evaluating their performance and shelf life. * Conduct performance tests, sensory analysis, and physicochemical characterization in coordination with the quality team. * Train plant personnel on process changes or new developments (operators, quality, logistics, and supervisors). **Required profile:** * **Technical or technological degree in Industrial Chemistry** or related fields. * At least **one year of experience** in quality control. * Knowledge of analysis, sampling, and GMP.
