Aeronova Academy S.A.S., a company located in **Flandes, Tolima**, is seeking a **Todero** to support operational, basic maintenance, and cleaning and order activities at Santiago Vila Airport facilities, ensuring safe, functional, and optimal spaces for academic and administrative activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **general cleaning** tasks in offices, classrooms, common areas, restrooms, and outdoor areas. * Carry out **basic facility maintenance** activities, such as painting, patching, repairing locks, faucets, lighting fixtures, and furniture. * Support the **preparation of spaces** for academic, administrative, and operational activities. * Properly manage **waste and recyclable materials**, in accordance with internal guidelines. * Promptly report incidents, damages, or facility-related risks that may affect operations. * Comply with **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** regulations and the proper use of personal protective equipment. * Provide logistical support for special activities when required. **Requirements** * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** in similar positions (todero, general services, maintenance). * Basic knowledge of facility maintenance. * Availability to work in **Flandes, Tolima**. **(Mandatory Requirement)** * Positive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Conditions** **Workplace:** **Flandes, Tolima – Santiago Vila Airport** **Contract Type:** Project-based or task-based employment, through a temporary staffing agency **Salary:** COP $1,423,500 per month + statutory social benefits **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: As required by service needs **We Offer** * Job stability for the duration of the project or task. * Timely payment of salary and statutory social benefits. * A safe and organized work environment.
