Job Summary: This role involves verifying and communicating airline and industrial order information, ensuring timely delivery, managing production banks, and optimizing operational processes. Review and verify airline and industrial order information, paying close attention to quantities requested in orders. Communicate this information to the production team and ensure delivery to the holding box on time and in correct quantity. Conduct shift handover to the incoming supervisor, reporting all updates. Generate production bank handovers and ensure cold rooms are organized and cleaned by the end of the shift. Update, print, deliver, and monitor VPS execution to confirm assigned tasks are performed within expected timeframes. Identify rework and food overproduction during processing and report cross-functionally to develop action plans. Track internal inter-departmental delivery agreements to ensure KRT compliance. Verify proper usage of raw materials, supplies, and consumables within production centers to prevent waste.
